Requirements:
At least 2 years in a position(s) of client/customer service
Comfortable working around cats and dogs; professional experience preferred
Client-centric attitude with a focus on outstanding customer service
Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
Previous experience in a veterinary or clinic setting preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good listener, ability to retain learned information
The right candidate will have a fundamental knowledge of a windows-based computer, MS Word/Google Apps, and the ability to learn new software systems (Idexx NEO)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and payments
Prepare, review, archive documents/medical records
Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Provide hospitality to clients and their pets
Manage administrative tasks and support the clinic team
Conduct routine maintenance as necessary: i.e. maintain a clean and fully-stocked reception area, exam rooms, bathroom, and kitchen; empty trash/recycling; launder towels/blankets, etc.
Take photos; make social media posts
